    The Southeast Division of Early Construction is currently executing a large scale pressure part replacement for a KY Utility. The project consists of replacing the RH Header, Radiant RH Tubes, Lower Sidewall WW Replacement and Lower Slope Replacement. Project has less than 1% reject rate and is ahead of schedule.

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction has been awarded a large pressure part replacement on 2 units for a NC Utility. Project will consist of an Economizer Header Replacement; Installation of OFA WW Panels and Installation of Dutchmen in the Backpass.

  • Coal-fired Utility Projects

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction successfully completed the installation of a new $1.5M Flyash System  for 3 coal-fired units in Kentucky. The project required 3 separate outages  for tie-ins and over 30,000 MHs. All work was completed on time or ahead of  schedule with no recordable injuries.

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction managed 2 outages for a large, utility facility in North Carolina. Projects  included welding of DMW safe-ends for the installation of new RH panels as well  as annual maintenance activities such as shield replacements; dutchmen installation  and inspections services. All work was completed on time or ahead of schedule with  no recordable injuries.

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction was awarded a project to replace Waterwall sections on a 300MW coal-fired unit  in Kentucky. The work scope was expanded to include the replacement of heavy  wall welds and numerous tube to header welds on both the HPSH and RH Outlet Headers.  All work was completed on time or ahead of schedule with no recordable injuries.

  • HRSG / IPP Projects

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction replaced leaking HP and LP tubes during 2 separate outages for a CCGT facility  in Virginia. All work was completed on time or ahead of schedule with no recordable injuries.

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction has replaced Catalysts blocks; repaired P91 tube leaks and performed annual outage  maintenance for 3 CCGT facilities in Georgia. All work was completed on time or ahead of schedule with no recordable injuries.

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction replaced 2 Blowdown Tanks and all associated piping, including P91 piping for a  CCGT facility in North Carolina. We continue to provide both outage services and continual,  on-site maintenance support for this facility. All work was completed on time or ahead of  schedule with no recordable injuries.

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction fabricated and installed a 12" piping system for a new CCGT facility in North Carolina.  Project included procurement, shop fabrication and field installation for this critical path  system.

  • Chemical / Pulp & Paper and Other Projects

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction supported several projects for a major Chemical manufacturing facility in Mississippi.  Projects included tank supply; installation of 2 new Economizers and the installation of a  new Deaerator and associated piping. All work was completed on time or ahead of schedule with  no recordable injuries.

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction executed 2 projects for a Paper Mill in Georgia. Projects included the installation of  new piping and valves as well as repairs for the Economizer and associated ductwork. All work  was completed on time or ahead of schedule with no recordable injuries.

    The Southeast Division of Early Construction successfully executed 3 projects for a Bio-Mass project in Georgia. Work performed included  Condenser re-tubing; installation of an OFA system including the supply and installation of  Waterwall tubes; and installing steam and water lines that included supporting the start-up  functions of the facility. All work was completed on time or ahead of schedule with no recordable  injuries.
